  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2500 within India. However, certain products may be excluded from this offer. Please refer to the individual product pages for any exceptions or additional shipping fees.
  • Orders Below ₹2500: For orders below ₹2500, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout, which will vary depending on your location and the size of the package.

2. Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are usually between 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on factors like product availability, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Express Shipping: We understand your urgency. If you place and order with express shipping before 3PM, it will be shipped on the same day & delivery times are usually between 2-3 business days.

3. Exceptions and Restrictions

Some products may have specific shipping requirements or additional charges. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. This could include:

  • Oversized or Fragile Items: Special handling charges may apply for oversized, heavy, or fragile items.
  • Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take longer and could incur additional fees.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Shiva Hair Studio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or other delivery issues, we will notify you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
  • If you reject the delivery or the item is not delivered to you, full amount excluding shipping charges (if applicable) will be refunded to you after the product reaches back to us.
